San Pasilla est le fruit d’une collaboration spéciale entre La Pimenterie et Piko Peppers. À mi-chemin entre une mole mexicaine et une sauce BBQ japonaise, cette sauce piquante riche, profonde et sucrée met parfaitement en équilibre la complexité du Moromi et l’arôme fumé incomparable du Pasilla de Oaxaca.
