La sriracha est composée de piments rouges, de poivrons rouges grillés et d'ail et met en valeur à la fois le punch de nos piments et leur douceur naturelle mûrie au soleil. Elle ne contient pas de conservateur (contrairement à la célèbre sauce du coq), ce qui en fait une excellente alternative à ce produit, bien qu'elle ait une saveur plus complexe.
